Chocolate Chip Cookies

So Yummy! Heat oven to 375°F. Cream together 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup lard or shortening, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla until blended well. Add bag of ingredients, mix until blended. Place in fridge for 30+ minutes. Drop by rounded TBSP unto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Yields approx. 3 dozen.

BARS: 375°F. oven. Add 1 egg and 4 TBSP butter to recipe above. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for @20 min. Enjoy!
