GF Creamy Potato and Veggie Skillet

My take on a Minnesota Hotdish or Casserole (which ever you want to call it!) but in a skillet. This is fabulous with ring bologna, hamburger, or shredded beef! In a large frying pan or pot, add 6 cups of water, and contents of this bag into the pot to your prepared meat. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until veggies are rehydrated. Season to your liking. Yields 6 cups. Sodium 400mg/serving 17% DV
