Mushroom Stroganoff Skillet
This dehydrated Mushroom Stroganoff Skillet is so yummy! Fry 1lb hamburger or use beef product of your choice, drain. Add 4.5 cups water and contents of bag. Cover and bring to a boil on medium low heat. Stir often. Once it is boiling, return to low, and adjust cover to allow steam to release. Stir often. Simmer for 10-15 min or until noodles are cooked. Remove from heat and allow to thicken with cover off. Add ½ cup of sour cream. Season to taste.
