Ollie Belongs on the Farm

"Last summer, I was looking for a children’s book for the boys I babysat about Oliver tractors. When I couldn’t find one, I started writing one! Once I finished writing and revising, I asked two of my friends, Ava Loehr and Corrina Rouvel, to help illustrate. Corrina drew the characters and animals, and Ava helped with watercolor. I couldn’t have done this without them!"

Ollie Belongs on the Farm is about a new tractor that arrives on the farm in time to help make hay, but change can be tricky, and this tractor doesn’t look like the others. Unsure if he belongs, will the farm family learn to accept Ollie and work as a team?

The book is inspired by Shelby’s own family and their farm, and she is so excited to share it with others.
