This dehydrated version of Zuppa is AMAZING, which is why it is a super close #2 selling soup!
Fry 1 lb ground sausage in large pot, drain, add 8 cups of water, then bag of ingredients. Bring to a boil, turn down to medium heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields approx. 10 cups Sodium 327.5 mg/serv. (14%DV)
Fun Fact: this tastes amazing with shredded chicken, too!
